I love an lamb stew done in the slow cooker, simply put sliced potatoes at the bottom, followed by other sliced/cubed winter veg, we enjoy carrot, swede, parsnip, and onion. Then place small pieces of lamb on top – we also add some lambs liver too. Add gravy stock to the top of the meat and cook on low for 7 or 8 hours.
